These are some things I made on the wheel when I took ceramics in high school. I love working with clay and I'm actually taking a ceramics class this upcoming semester so I'm definitely looking forward to that.
Your pieces are great! I'll definitely follow-up and see how you like your semester of ceramics. I want to take the hand building class - not the wheel. I LOVE working with clay. I can't work the wheel due to a car accident and damage to my hands, but I can create with hand sculpting, and I really like making teapots. It was really cool to see the teapot show here at ASU. You should check it out if you haven't yet. Really awesome work. Your pieces look really well balanced.
What days are you taking ceramics? I am taking ceramic survey next semester. I haven't done it in a few years and I never formally learned how to throw on the wheel, so I am really excited for it. Your pieces are great! I especially love the texture/patterns on the blue one.
